Shipping policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be read alongside our main Terms & Conditions.
THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
Where we ship: United States only (we do not ship internationally at this time).
We ship to all U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Shipping origin (partner fulfillment): Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our U.S.-based fulfillment partners.
Order cut-off: 1:00 PM Eastern Time (New York). Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing the next business day.
Processing (handling) time: 0–1 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
Total estimated delivery time: 1–7 business days (processing + transit)
This estimate excludes weekends and holidays. Weather events, carrier delays, peak season volume, and other disruptions can extend delivery times.
Important clarification: An order is not considered “shipped” until it has been processed and handed to the carrier, at which point tracking will update.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
No. We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
SEASONAL HOLIDAYS & SALES CAMPAIGNS
Please note: processing times may vary and temporarily increase due to high demand during certain sales campaigns and seasonal holidays.
ORDER TRACKING
You can track your order with the tracking information provided via email. Once your order is packed and transferred to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to show movement after the label is created and/or after the carrier scans the package into their network.
If you order multiple items, you may receive multiple shipments. We’ll send a shipping confirmation email for each shipment when applicable.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
We will ship to the shipping address entered at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate address.
If you notice an address issue, contact us immediately at info@fairscent.com. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or tendered to the carrier.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can assist with reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
TAXES & DUTIES
United States: Sales tax and other applicable taxes (if required) are automatically calculated and added at checkout based on the delivery address and applicable tax rules.
SHIPPING RATE
All shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment is submitted.
Orders over $49: FREE Standard USPS Shipping
Orders under $49: $4.99 Shipping Fee
CARRIERS & SHIPPING METHOD RESTRICTIONS (FRAGRANCE / ALCOHOL-BASED PRODUCTS)
Because many fragrances are alcohol-based and subject to transportation regulations, we ship via Ground services only.
Depending on destination and operational availability, we may ship your order using:

Carrier selection may vary per order. Expedited air services may not be available for fragrance shipments.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES (LIABILITY & RESOLUTION)
Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@fairscent.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the shipping box and the product. We will review and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Marked delivered but not received: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please check with household members/building staff and the delivery area first. Then contact us and we will assist with next steps (which may include a carrier inquiry/claim process). Outcomes may depend on the carrier’s investigation.
Carrier responsibility: Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, transit and delivery are performed by the carrier. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us. We will work with the carrier and assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
