FairScent is an independent retailer. FairScent is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, endorsed by, or otherwise connected with any fragrance designer, manufacturer, trademark owner, or brand referenced on this website, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, the branded fragrance contained in a FairScent travel spray was originally produced by the identified fragrance manufacturer and was independently transferred and repackaged by FairScent into a FairScent travel-size atomizer.

FairScent does not manufacture, modify, or represent itself as the original manufacturer of the underlying branded fragrance.

The original manufacturer’s retail bottle, box, cap, packaging, or accessories are not included unless the applicable product listing expressly states that they are included.

Authenticity

FairScent represents that fragrance products identified as authentic branded fragrances are sourced from genuine commercially distributed fragrance products.

The FairScent atomizer, label, and travel-spray packaging are independently provided by FairScent and are not manufactured, approved, or supplied by the original fragrance brand.
